Booking policy:
The minimum booking period is:
Low-season (may-september):
Villas & Bungalows: 5 nights. Guesthouses & Apartments: 3 nights.
High-season (october-april):
Villas & Bungalows: 7 nights. Guesthouses & Apartments: 5 nights.
Shorter stays might be possible on short-notice & upon availability. Please contact us.
Payments policy:
To confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 35% is required. Depending on the type property, deposits can be made:
- via bank transfer to the owners' bank account in EU
- via bank transfer to the owners' bank account in MAURITIUS
- via WESTERN UNION/ MONEYGRAM
- via personal money check sent by post
You will be advised upon booking what type of deposit payment is required or possible.
Please do the transaction as soon as possible as the booking is not fully confirmed until the deposit has reached the account. You will be informed when the deposit arrives.
The balance payment is required 30 days prior arrival via money transfer (as above), or if separately agreed, as cash payment on the first day of the arrival (Euros or Rupees).
Note:
- in case of a personal money check deposit, the check is given back to you and a full payment in cash is required on-site.
- any BANK/ TRANSFER FEES for the deposit/ payment is at your charge. You are required to settle any outstanding amount in cash upon your arrival, for any fees deducted from the transferred amount.
- credit card payments are not accepted
Cancellation policy (% of total costs of the stay):
- > 30 days before arrival – 35% (corresponds to the 35% non-refundable deposit)
- 16-30 days before arrival – 50% cancellation fee will be charged (includes the 35% deposit)
- 7-15 days before arrival – 75% cancellation fee will be charged (includes the 35% deposit)
- Less than 7 days before arrival 100 % cancellation fee charged (includes the 35% deposit)
Check-in and check-out policy:
- In private villas & bungalows, check-in is at the client’s arrival time from the airport and the villa is available to the client on their day of departure until their departure time for the airport. (e.g. a late check-out fee might be applied for some villas under certain circumstances).
- For guesthouses and apartments, check-in is at 14.00 and check out before 11.00. Depending on availability, a late check-out can be arranged with the owner, in which case a late departure fee can be applied (case by case basis) for late departures (25-50%). Early check-in possible upon prior arrangement and availability.
- No security deposit is required, but the guests are expected to leave the villa or apartment in same condition as they found it on their arrival. Any breakages caused by the guests are to be settled in cash prior departure.
