Plaisance is a superb Villa, embedded in a huge tropical garden, right on the widest part of the most beautiful snow-white coral beach of Mauritius Island. It can be considered as one of the best locations of the entire island! Bordering a huge maginificient turquoise Lagoon, the property is situated in the private neighbourhood of Pointe d´Esny on the south-east coast, between the cozy little towns of Blue-Bay and Mahébourg.
While walking on the 2 km long beach you will enjoy the magnificent views of the nearby small islands and beautiful mountains.
The Villa measures around 180m² and can accommodate up to six guests in its three bedrooms:
1 with double bed / 2 others with two single beds each. Two of them have a direct veranda-beach view & access.
2 large bathrooms - one with walk-in shower /open shower.
Airconditioning in all 3 bedrooms.
Kitchen : Fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cooker/ oven/ extractor.
Wifi internet access - available all throughout the Villa & even down to the beach!
Satellite TV - with 30 channels - CNN, France 24, Cartoons , music etc.
Plenty of parking space in the private yard.
2 Patio umbrellas / set of garden armchairs with table / 4 beach lounges/ 2 long garden benches.
A small BBQ set.
Brinks alarm system with immediate patrol service.
Washing machine .
A gardener comes 6 days a week / 2 hrs per day.
A professional masseuse (extra).
A spacious veranda & deck, accessible from the two front bedrooms, the living room & kitchen, are facing the huge garden & sea and small steps are leading down to the beach. The house is very private and independent, mostly geared for bigger families or a couple of friends.
Service/ Maids: Two maids are working from 9am - 1pm - doing the cleaning/washing/ironing / making beds etc. - cooking as well if desired, our clients decide what they would like - we'll bill you just for ingredients/ shopping.
Both maids will be happy to stay late if needed or even come back for evening meals - and are also very happy to do any babysitting anytime (extra).
We also have a professional chef who would be available if required. He worked on The Queen Mary!

Prices are for the Villa/ day. Up to 6 guests. 1-2 guests using 1 bedroom & private bathroom, but sharing living rooms (there are two) & kitchen (with a potential second client), can be accommodated for an interesting rate! Daily room cleaning & service as described above (room cleaning is not offered on sundays & public holidays) & all taxes are included.
The nearest restaurants / pizzeria are in Pointe d'Esny (700 m) and Blue Bay (1.5 km) and can be reached easily on foot. There are also nice, small restaurants in Mahébourg and the surrounding area, which are about 3 to 5 km away. Public transport to Mahébourg and Blue Bay (bus and taxi) are available right in front of the door the whole day between 7.30 and 18.00. We also have agreements with some restaurants for a free shuttle service (even late at night).

Our huge warm azure-blue water lagoon is protected by a closed reef. An Underwater Marine Park for scuba diving and snorkeling is in the vicinity. Just 300m from the property, there is a nice patch of corals with lots of multi-coloured fish.
Short transfer from the Airport, Island Excursions, hiking tours and Boat trips to picturesque Ile aux Cerfs can be organized. World renowned Nature Preserve Ile aux Aigrettes - an island-habitat for endangered native mauritian species , is just off our coast. Tasty Restaurants, original mauritian towns with colourful markets & shops are waiting for you.

A deposit of 35% is necessary to secure booking. Non refundable. The transaction is free of charge for EU bank account holders.
Final payment/ balance is due latest 4 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation fees (including deposit):

75%: 2 weeks before arrival
