Villa La Rouillardiere
This perfect Pointe d`Esny beachfront villa (for 6 guests) is found in a beautiful garden right on the beach with a magnificient view of the lagoon and the neighbouring islands. The beautiful beach - the best of the island, stretches towards the Mahebourg Bay. Several bungalows are found on this family estate, but each is very private nestled amongst green fences. A central alley leads to the villa available for rent.
The house main charm is two large verandas, one facing the beach and the other more sheltered facing the garden. Le lounge/dining is very comfortable and has a TV with CANAL+ channels. The lounge area separates the kitchen from the bedrooms/bathroom.
There are three bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a beautiful sea view while the other bedroom has the advantage of having an air-conditioner. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and mosquito nets above the beds. A corridor along the bedrooms leads to a laundry room with a washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dish washer, a gas/electric cooker, a microwave oven, a large fridge and so on.
The bungalow also has a free WIFI internet connection.
The service is included in the price. Two house maids share the house cleaning and the cooking. One works from 9h30-11h30 and the other from 13h00-15h00 (no cleaning service on sundays & public holidays).
